About brava coffee...
We believe good coffee can warm hearts and bring people together in community. Some of our most profound conversations have occurred over fresh brew.
Starting with the finest raw beans, we roast them to their most excellent stage and then smoke them over special wood chips for a complex finish. Primary notes are detected, but you will find yourself curious with the added touch: it's in the smoke.

Our beans are sourced around the world and then roasted locally, right here in the Hardin Valley community of Knoxville, Tennessee. We currently sell online and would love to be in various local storefronts and Farmers Markets in the future.
The name, Brava, means many things to us. "Well done" in Italian, "brave" in Spanish, which both apply to the roast, this venture, and our lives as redeemed sons and daughters following the Jesus who saved us. As a bonus, our two granddaughters names, Brooklyn and Ava, make Brava.
